The Crescent Valley Resource Centre (CRVC) is a launch pad for residents to learn new experiences and to find out how and where to get resources for themselves and their families in a way that fosters self-sufficiency.
They help inspire residents to improve their physical, social and economic health from within, by building on their strengths instead of their needs.
Their goal is to set residents on a path for success.
The CVRC supports families and individuals who are facing challenging life situations especially low incomes and social isolation. At the CVRC residents, volunteers and partners meet and have their voices heard. We are committed to providing programs and services that are accessible and inclusive for all and to providing the tools, resources and necessary supports to foster self-sufficiency within the community.
The grant from the New Brunswick Children’s Foundation, in the amount of $6,500 supported the Summer Squad program for children, aged 6-12. You can see how much fun they had below, doing lots of educational activities with their camp consolers!
